We were both in dead end relationships and in different states. Both of our relationships were tolerable, but we were only stayed in them because we were comfortable - not a way to live your life! Though we were unhappy in our situations, but weren't really ready for a change, let alone to return to the dating scene and get to know someone new all over again.

I met Eric online and didn't really know what would become of it. After emailing for about a month, we decided to meet, and he drove two and a half hours to see me. When I spoke to him, I felt like I had known him forever.
Months passed by, and the phone bills grew. The gas bill went up, and mileage became a nightmare. Luckily on January 5th, Eric proposed and my answer was yes! A year later, we're getting married!
